    • How do I care for my jewelry?
      • All of our charms are ceramic. To keep your jewelry in mint condition simply wash your earrings with soap and water. A toothbrush with some dish soap works wonders. If you are in the wilderness, a nice biodegradable/river/reef safe soap would be ideal. 
      • We use sterling silver and 14k gold findings. If your silver begins to tarnish simply polish it with a soft jewelry polishing cloth. 
      • For a deep clean vinegar and baking soda will do the trick! Add 2 tablespoons of baking soda to ½ cup of white vinegar, add a splash of warm water, and stir. Soak your jewelry in this solution for 2-3 hours, rinse, and polish dry. 
    • How long will it take to receive my order?
      • Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be assembled. 
      •  Each clay component of our jewelry takes 1-2 weeks to produce. In the case we are short one color or shape, we will reach out to you to make substitutions. Otherwise, backordered items will ship as soon as they are back in stock.
    • What is your Return Policy?
      • Any items that are broken or defective as a result of a manufacturer defect must be reported within 5 days of receiving your order. Please email info@claybyshay.com
      • All other returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
    • Do you do repairs?
      • Yes! We love to do repairs. In the case of receiving a defective product, we offer free repairs for items returned within 10 days of shipment received.
      • All other repair requests are accepted case by case with a small fee depending on the complexity of the design + shipping costs.
      • I lost one earring! Can I order a replacement?
      • Do you take commissions for custom designs? 
        • Not at the moment, but we are working on it! Join our mailing list to stay informed.
