Have loved my Clay by Shays from the moment my sister gifted me my first pair! They've been my go to for kayaking style, backcountry trips, and family get-togethers. My 3 year old niece pretends to eat them off my ears like sweet tarts every time she sees me in them (she's the lil blondie in the photo)! I love that there is an option to purchase the charms on their own. I have stretched ears, so I normally use kidney wire so that I may wear them through my tunnels. I love these pieces, they're so beautiful.
I found Shay through Instagram I believe but since then I get compliments on these all over the country. They've already traveled all through Europe with me.

I discovered Clay by Shay on a visit to Boise, ID and as a creative entrepreneur with a small business of my own, I was immediately in love with this collective and have been following ever since. I have a hearing impairment that was caused by an injury a couple years ago. Each year on the anniversary, I do something special for my ears, like adorn them with a new pair of earrings. This year I went with Clay by Shay and I get so many compliments on them! I look forward to every opportunity to expand my collection of pieces from Clay by Shay. From my very first visit all those years ago to the purchases I’ve made more recently, I have found that the design, function and aesthetic of Clay by Shay pieces remain timeless. I love supporting this sustainable small business.

I have always loved Clay by Shay’s earrings but I was blown away by the customer service! I had to re-route the earrings to a different state and Shay was just amazing and so personable!
