Clay Care: If your piece starts to look dirty, wash with soap and water. A toothbrush with some dish soap works wonders. If you are in the wilderness, a use a biodegradable/river/reef safe soap.

Precious Metals: Our findings are sterling silver and 14k gold. If notice a tarnish, polish with a soft jewelry cloth. For a deep clean, use vinegar and baking soda. Add 2 tablespoons of baking soda to a ½ cup of white vinegar, add a splash of warm water, and stir. Soak your jewelry in this solution for 2-3 hours, rinse, and polish dry. 

Shipping: Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be assembled.  

Returns: Any items that are broken or defective upon arrival, the defect must be reported within 5 days of receiving your order. Please email info@claybyshay.com. All other returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Shipping will be covered by buyers in the case of a return or repair.
